Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable US sales tax at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or mispriced, with a full refund. We do not use fake discounts or artificial scarcity.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days after dispatch. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, and within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, please use our returns process instead.
