How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50. Orders of $50 or less are charged a flat $5.95 standard shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How do I return an item?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact service@fenlorica.com with your order number and we will send you the return warehouse address and instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — free of charge any time before dispatch, and within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, please use our returns process.
