Free standard shipping across the US on orders over $50.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.
Shipping rates & timing
- Orders $50 and above — FREE standard shipping (3–5 business days).
- Orders under $50 — a flat $5.95 standard shipping fee.
- Expedited (2 business days) is available at checkout for $14.95.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the US, join our newsletter and we will let you know when that changes.
Tracking & delays
Tracking links are sent by email. Carriers occasionally delay parcels due to weather or volume; if your order is more than 7 business days late, contact us with your order number and we will trace it.
Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and item and email us within 7 days of delivery. Lost parcels are reshipped or refunded once the carrier confirms the loss.
