30 days to change your mind.
Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Scented items (candles, diffusers) must be unburned and sealed.
How to start a return
- Email service@fenlorica.com with your order number and what you are returning.
- We will send a prepaid US return label for eligible items.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Prefer a different item? Return the original for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we will help swap sizes or scents where available.
Not what you expected?
We would rather you love it. If something is off, tell us — we will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
