All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable US sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment methods
We accept the major payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we do not store your full card number.
When you are charged
Your payment method is authorized when you place the order and captured when the order is processed. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the authorization is released or refunded.
Failed or pending payments
If a payment fails, the order will not be created. If your order shows as pending, email service@fenlorica.com and we will check it for you.
