Cancellations
Change your mind before we ship.
Before dispatch
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, and within 12 hours of placing it. Email service@fenlorica.com with your order number as soon as possible.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return it under our Return & Refund Policy within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Refunds for cancellations
Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
No cancellation fees
We do not charge cancellation or restocking fees.
